Something feels unsafe
If you are in danger, call local emergency services first. Then report the member from their profile (••• › Report) and block them. Safety reports hide the content immediately, and a moderator reviews every report within 24 hours.
Report a profile, place, ask or message
Open it in the app and choose Report. In a conversation, press and hold the message. You can also email us.
Delete your account
Profile › Settings › Delete account. It permanently deletes your profile, photos, places, trips, asks, stays and messages, and revokes Sign in with Apple.
Join Headquarters
Headquarters is invite only. Ask a friend who is a member to send you an invite from their profile.
Host credits
Hosting earns credits and staying spends them. They are a thank-you between friends with no cash value. See your balance in Profile › Host credits.
